Created Joomla template looks exactly the same as the original design
CSS classes and images are intuitively named to correspond to their sense / content
The code is correctly indented to correspond to the nesting level of each element
Table-less W3C valid template coding
Crossbrowser compatibility (your site will look same in different browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc)
Native for either Joomla! 1.5.x or 1.0.x
